Ingredients

  • 130gChicken breast fillet
  • 60g (raw weight)Brown rice
  • 150gBroccoli
  • 1 tbspOlive oil
  • Salt, garlic powder, herbs

Steps

    Cook the brown rice according to the package (20 min, or use pre-cooked).

    Slice the chicken, season with salt and garlic, and pan-fry for 6–7 min in olive oil.

    Steam the broccoli for 5 min (it should remain slightly crisp).

    Assemble in a bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil.
