- 200gDark chocolate
- 100gButter
- 20gOil (sunflower or coconut)
- 2Eggs
- 150gSugar
- 150gFlour
- 1 pinchBaking soda (optional)
- 1 pinchFlaky sea salt
- 40gChocolate chips

Melt the chocolate with the butter. Add the oil. Let cool slightly.

Whisk the eggs with the sugar until pale and fluffy.

Fold the melted chocolate into the egg-sugar mixture.

Add the sifted flour and baking soda. Mix without overworking.

Stir in the flaky salt and chocolate chips.

Pour into a greased pan. Bake at 180°C (350°F): 20 min for a large dish, 25 min for a smaller pan. The center should still jiggle slightly.
