Ingredients

  • 1 can (400g)Chickpeas, undrained
  • 40gPeanut butter
  • 20gHoney
  • 60gCaramel whey protein (or cocoa powder as a substitute)
  • Dark chocolate chipsFor inside + topping

Steps

    Blend the undrained chickpeas with the peanut butter, honey, and whey until smooth.

    Fold in a few chocolate chips with a spatula.

    Shape into cookies on a sheet of parchment paper. Press more chips on top.

    Bake for 10–12 min at 180°C (350°F). Let cool completely before handling.
