Ingredients

  • 1 can (240g drained)Chickpeas
  • 2 tbspTahini (sesame paste)
  • 1Lemon, juiced
  • 1 cloveGarlic
  • 2 tbspOlive oil + extra for serving
  • Crudités of your choiceCarrots, cucumber, bell pepper, celery

Steps

    Blend all hummus ingredients with 3–4 tbsp of cold water.

    Blend for a long time (3 min) for an ultra-creamy texture.

    Serve in a bowl, drizzled with olive oil and paprika.
