- 80gWhole wheat flour
- 80gSoftened butter
- 60gBrown sugar
- 1Egg
- 60gDark chocolate chips
- 1 pinchSalt + baking soda

Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). Beat the butter and sugar until creamy.

Add the egg and mix. Fold in the flour, oats, salt, and baking soda.

Stir in the chocolate chips. Roll into walnut-sized balls and press lightly onto the baking sheet.
